Our healthcare professionals have been prescreened. They are seldom in the unemployment line. The fact is, the preferred candidate probably isn’t even looking for new jobs. They are not looking at job sites, they are not putting their resume online and they are not applying for new positions. The ideal candidate is the “passive” candidate. They want their confidentiality to be preserved in the same way that we protect yours.
Once we access your needs and the type of candidate you are looking for we’ll then search our entire network of candidates to narrow the search to perhaps three who we think will fill your position. We’ll send a Fee Agreement for you to review and return. If there is mutual interest, we will set up interviews and assist in salary and benefit package negotiations. A third party can be helpful in relieving the stress involved with the final step.
If you already have a relationship with another recruiter, we encourage you to compare our services. If we don’t provide you with a better qualified candidate, it won’t cost you anything.
