01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing swconsultingllc.com or the SW Consulting Client Portal ("Portal"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
02 Description of Service
SW Consulting LLC provides ITAR and EAR export compliance consulting services. The Portal is a supplementary tool used for project status tracking, document coordination, and invoicing related to an active engagement. The Portal is not used to transmit, store, or process ITAR- or EAR-controlled technical data or classified information. Any such material is handled exclusively through separately agreed, access-controlled channels outside this Portal.
03 Account Access
Portal accounts are issued by invitation only. Self-registration is not available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
04 Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Portal only for its intended purpose of coordinating your engagement with SW Consulting LLC.
05 Payments
Invoices issued through the Portal are payable via third-party payment processors (currently Stripe). Payment processing is subject to that processor's own terms; SW Consulting LLC does not store your payment card details.
06 Engagement Deliverables & Intellectual Property
Ownership, confidentiality, and intellectual property terms for work product are governed by your separately executed Statement of Work and/or Non-Disclosure Agreement with SW Consulting LLC, not by these Terms.
07 No Legal Advice
SW Consulting LLC provides export compliance advisory services. Nothing on this site or Portal constitutes legal representation or legal advice.
08 Third-Party Services
The Portal is hosted by a third-party platform provider. Your use of the Portal is also subject to that provider's own terms and security practices.
09 Limitation of Liability
The Portal is provided "as is." SW Consulting LLC is not liable for interruptions, delays, or issues arising from third-party service providers.
10 Termination
SW Consulting LLC may suspend or terminate Portal access at any time, including upon completion or termination of an engagement.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
